Production Associate (Warehouse)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in
a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for supporting daily
manufacturing operations, including preparing materials, assisting in production
processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a clean and organized
workspace. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute
to a growing small business production operation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production tasks according to schedules and assigned priorities
- Prepare, measure, and organize materials needed for production processes
- Follow detailed instructions, formulas, and standard operating procedures accuratel
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and production areas
- Support quality control efforts by ensuring consistency and accuracy of output
- Complete required production documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with the Production Manager and team members
- Follow all safety guidelines and properly use required protective equipment
- Assist with end-of-day cleanup and shift preparation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse
environments (preferred but not required) - Basic math skills for measuring, weighing, and counting materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 lbs as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to effectively communicate
Schedule
- Part-time, flexible schedule, maximum 20 hrs a week
- Warehouse hours: Monday through Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm

Retail Sales Associate (South Shore Market)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our boutique at South Shore Market in Ward Village. As our sales associate, you are the welcoming face of the Jules & Gem Hawai‘i brand and play a key role in creating a warm, memorable in-store experience for every customer. You will engage shoppers with friendly conversation, provide thoughtful product recommendations, and ensure a smooth checkout process while supporting daily store operations. From maintaining organized stock areas to setting up visually appealing displays and keeping the sales floor tidy, you’ll work collaboratively with the team to create an inviting environment that drives sales and reflects the brand’s standards.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers when they walk through the door
- Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
- Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed
- Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
- Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
Qualifications
- At least two years in sales or customer service position
- Familiar with POS systems (preferably Shopify)
- Must show up for your scheduled shifts on time.
- Follow the directions and employee guidelines set by management.
- Follow dress code described in the training guide (conservative, semi-professional).
Schedule
- Part-time, flexible schedule, maximum 20 hrs a week
- Store hours: Monday through Sunday 10:00am - 6:00pm
- 30 min break per shift

We’re a small but passionate team looking for a creative, motivated intern to support our growing digital presence.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern who is enthusiastic about storytelling, branding, and connecting with our community online. This role will help manage and grow our digital presence through social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms. You’ll gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital strategy, and e-commerce marketing while working closely with our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Capture and edit photos/videos for digital channels
- Research and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content strategies
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and help grow our online community
- Support email marketing campaigns (copywriting, design, scheduling)
- Assist with influencer and brand collaborations
- Track analytics and provide insights on performance
- Support marketing manager and founder on additional marketing projects as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (preferred, not required)
- Strong interest in social media, branding, and digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, Canva, or other design tools (bonus if familiar with Adobe Creative Suite or video editing apps)
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Creative, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Photography/videography skills a plus
- Passion for Hawai‘i-inspired brands and small business
