ʻTis the Season to Bake
We're continuing to share more about our favorite hygge (see our previous blog posts to learn more about what this is!) and Jules + Gem lifestyle hobbies. This week, we are carving out some time for self care–even for just a couple of hours–and slowing down to appreciate the goodness of life.
Today, we're highlighting another one of favorite hygge hobbies...baking! We absolutely love to whip up sweet treats here at Jules + Gem HI, which you may be able to tell from some of our candle fragrances. During the fall we love to bake even more, and with the recent rainy weather, this makes for the perfect indoor activity with family or friends. Tonight, we're baking Lilikoi Lemon Bars (mahalo to Chef Mark Noguchi for the recipe!) using fresh lilikoi juice from one of our friends.
