Due to the current status of COVID-19, please anticipate a delay of at least two (2) weeks for all orders and correspondence. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We ship to the Hawaiian Neighbor Islands, Continental U.S., and Internationally.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Standard shipping can take anywhere from 7–12 business days. If you do not receive your package after 12 days, please contact us

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are not responsible for any duty, import, or customs charges that you may incur. International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Jules + Gem Hawaii nor are they set by Jules + Gem Hawaii, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.



RETURNS

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. All products must be unused, in the same condition that it was received it, and in its original packaging.

Any gift cards and store credits cannot be returned or exchanged for its dollar value. All bath and body products are ineligible for a return or refund if used or opened.

Please contact us here with an attachment or image of your receipt to begin the return process.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange for a similar item, please contact us here. To expedite the exchange process, we ask that you include your name and order number in your message.

GIFTS

If you are interested in purchasing a gift card, visit our gift card store here. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the purchaser, a gift credit for the value of your return will be delivered. A gift certificate will be mailed to the purchaser upon arrival of the package to our exchange facility.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the purchaser did not send the gift directly to the recipient, Jules + Gem will send a refund to the purchaser.

SHIPPING FEES

If you must make a return or need more information on shipping fees for returns or exchanges, please contact us here. Jules + Gem will pay for all shipping costs acquired by returns or exchanges. Please keep in mind that the delivery time of your items will vary depending on the order’s destination.

If you are shipping a return or exchange over $75, we advise using a carrier with trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Jules + Gem cannot guarantee that it will receive any returned items and are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to our exchange facility.
