Shopping appointment policy:

Adjusted for COVID-19 pandemic*

  • Appointments must be made 24 hours in advance.
  • Face masks are required in our warehouse.
  • Gloves will be provided if you would like to handle any of the product.  
  • A maximum of two guests are allowed to accompany you during your appointment time if you would like to bring a couple of friends!

To keep you as safe as possible, we sanitize our warehouse surfaces daily and between appointments!

I was hesitant at first to set up an appointment, especially since I am a "purchase on the fly" kind of lady; however, when I showed up and found myself immersed in the heavenly scents, I was sold. I ended up buying more than I was planning, let alone, should have, but being able to see the product in person, "test" it, and get the personalized customer service, it made it that much more easier to say "take my money!!" I will definitely be doing this again; if not via appointment, but purchase more products!! LOVE IT!
